Heat-stable Alpha-amylase

Heat-stable alpha-amylase is made from the best strain of Bacillus licheniformis through deep fermentation and extraction technique. FDA regards the strain as safety. This product possesses better heat resistance and keeps adaptable under condition of lower pH. It is applied broadly for "liquidizing" in the industry of starch sugar, alcohol, beer, lactic acid, citric acid, etc.

Catalase

Catalase is made from the strain of Aspergillus niger through cultivation and extraction technique. Catalase can hydrolyze hydrogen peroxide to oxygen and water, and is always used to clear the hydrogen peroxide coming from process of high temperature sterilization or albification or producting of food and food additives. It is also used to clear the smell of hydrogen peroxide coming from food (milk production or egg production) exposured by UV light. 

Xylanase

Xylanase is made from Trichoderma reesei through cultivation and extraction technique. This product contains abundant xylanase, which can catalyze the xylan in plants efficiently into low molecular material, such as xylose etc., so as to release the protein and sugar in plants adequately and to increase the utilization rate of feedstuff. Xylanase can be used in the processing of soybean protein, starch and beer etc. to accelerate filtration and improve yield. 

Glucoamylase

Glucoamylase is the hydrolytic enzyme of α -1,4 glucosan and glucose. It is made from Aspergillus niger through cultivation and extraction technique. This product is mainly used in the industry of alcohol, distillate spirits, brewing, organic acid, sugar and the glycation of antibiotic industrial material.

Bacterial Alpha-amylase

Bacterial alpha-amylase is made from the strain of Bacillus subtilis through cultivation, fermentation and extraction technique. It can catalyze the hydrolysis of washing powder efficiently. This product can be used for the liquidizing process of glucose, cerealose, alcohol, beer, monosodium glutamate, Shaoxing wine, distillate spirits and antibiotic industry.

Glucoamylase

Glucoamylase is the hydrolytic enzyme of α -1,4 glucosan and glucose. It is made from Aspergillus niger through cultivation and extraction technique. This product is mainly used in the industry of alcohol, distillate spirits, brewing, organic acid, sugar and the glycation of antibiotic industrial material.

Beta-glucanase

Beta-glucanase is made from Trichoderma reesei through cultivation and extraction technique. This product contains abundant Beta-Glucanase, which can catalyze the β -Glucosan in plants efficiently into glucose and other low molecular material, so as to reduce the viscosity of processed plants and animal chymus. Therefore, if used in the glycation of beer industry, this product can accelerate filtration obviously; if used in feedstuff industry, this product can solve the problem of high viscosity of feedstuff (with barley as main component) to improve animal's absorption of feedstuff. 

Acide Protease

Acid protease is made from Aspergillus niger through cultivation and extraction technique. This product can catalyze the hydrolysis of protein under acid condition (pH 2.5-4.0). It is mainly used in the industry of alcohol fermentation and juice purification.

Pectase

The product is obtained by deep fermentation of Aspergillus Niger. It can be widely used in processing of fruit juice, vegetable juice and wine. It also can be used in process of feed, perservative for wood, etc. Pectase is one kind of compound bio-catalyst, with multiple ingredients. It mainly contains PMGL, PG, PGL, PE.

Phystase

Phytase is made from the strain of Pichia pastoris through cultivation and extraction technique. It can degrade phytic acid into inositol or phosphoinositide and phosphoric acid. This product can eliminate the simple stomach animal's anti-nutrient action due to non-decompose of phytic acid so as to improve the utility of nutrition. At the same time, to reduce the environmental pollution caused by using of phosphorus.

Rhodotorula Benthica

Rhodotorula Benthica is natural unicellular yeast featuring red colonies, asexual reproduction and multiple budding, incapable of alcohol fermentation but rich in protein content (45%). It contains astaxanthin-based carotenoids, with property of better salt-tolerance. It can also be applied as the natural pigment. It can be used in animal breeding to promote production, increase immunity and resist oxidation.

Mannanase SNbase-G

Mannan is an important component of hemicellulase in plants. It is a chain polysaccharide with ß-1,4-D-mannose linkages. There are mainly glucose, acetyl and half chains on the polysaccharide chain. Lactose-based substitutio groups. B-galactomannan and ß-glucomannan are composnents of the cell wall of leguminous plants (e.g. soybean meal and rapeseed meal), and are contained in a high content of feed containing soybean meal. Mannanase can degrade antinutritional factors in fooder feed, reduce feed cost, and improve livestock and poultry production performance.  

Neutral Protease

Neutral Protease is made from Bacillus subtilis No. 1.398 through fermentation and extraction technique. This product can catalyze protein to hydrolyze into low molecular peptide and amino acid. It is mainly used in the industry of leather softening and depilation, silk degumming, plant and animal proteolysis, brewing and feed addictives etc.

Lipase

The lipase produced by the selected fungal strain through liquid deep fermentation can catalyze the hydrolysis of oil and catalyze the reaction of ester synthesis and transesterification in nonaqueous phase, and is widely used in food, feed, paper, leather, biodiesel, and other industries.

Alkaline Protease

Alkaline Protease is made from Bacillus licheniformis 2709 through cultivation and extraction technique. This product can catalyze the hydrolysis of protein under alkaline condition (pH 9-12). It is mainly used in the industry of detergent, leather depilation, silk degumming and protein hydrolysis etc.

Cellulase

Cellulase is made from the strain of Trichoderma reesi through cultivation and extraction technique. This product can be used for feedstuff, brewing, treatment of textiles with cotton, hemp, stick gum or yarn as plus material and Lyocell fabric. It can also be used for the stonewash of jean garments together with pumice, or solely used for the ferment washing of different styles of jean fabric.
